The project includes the
construction of a new Pre-K through 8 school
approximately 120,000 square-feet.
The new school ranges from one to three
stories in height and consists of Lobby
and Administration areas, Classrooms,
Gymnasium with locker rooms, Cafetorium,
Music rooms, Science rooms, Media Center
and outdoor play area for all grades.
The school capacity will be
approximately 750 students. |

BEC
was hired by Pascack Valley Holdings to
demolish an existing 85,000 SF shopping
center in Emerson, NJ. The site and
buildings required extensive
environmental remediation prior to
removal. The new center will include a
65,000 Stop & Shop Supermarket as its
anchor; a 30,000 SF Marshall’s; 3,500
SF of new Retail strip stores; the
latest Washington Mutual Bank (WAMU);
and renovation of 12,000 SF of existing
Retail. Site improvements include a 30
ft high soundwall around the rear of the
site to protect adjacent residential
areas, offsite improvements to County
roadway, addition of traffic signal,
and complete site reconstruction. |
