The Bridgewater Promenade is a 700,000 square foot shopping center featuring 16 tenants.
This shopper's paradise is situated on 30+ acres and includes Old Navy, Marshalls, Bed, Bath & Beyond, PetsMart, Hollywood Video, Michaels and Unity Bank.
BEC was called upon to co-ordinate all facets and requirements of the shopping center.
These included state highway widening, I-287 bridge widening, traffic control coordination and meeting milestone dates established for the opening of a Minor League baseball facility, which was part of the overall re-development program for the site and adjacent roadways.
