BEC constructed Minolta's 110,000 square foot corporate headquarters in Ramsey, NJ.
The modern structure features a curtainwall exterior which enhances the flowing U-shaped structure's design.
The approximate 18 month construction schedule involved planning for future facilities on the site and meeting milestone dates for the transferring of off-site Minolta personnel into the facility as related leases expired.
The facility features a center granite faced atrium and 40 foot curtain wall at its main entrance.
