This state-of-the-art printing plant provided The New York Times with a 1.2 million square foot facility for the printing and distribution of The New York Times newspaper.

This project was completed in three years on a "Fast Track" method, which included modification of an existing 650,000 square foot industrial building to suit The Times' needs.

In addition to co-ordinating all subcontractors and vendors, BEC self-performed all concrete and masonry work on the project.

BEC also served as Program Manager for The New York Times College Point, N.Y. facility.
