The Ryders Crossing Shopping Center in Milltown, NJ is a major retail development constructed by Bergen Engineering Co. for Arisa Realty of NYC. The project consisted of over 106,000 s.f. of various retail buildings including shell construction and tenant work.
This development includes such fine tenants as Petco, Hallmark, Liberty Bank, Blinds to Go, GNC, Payless Shoes, Staples, Blockbuster Video, Hill Top Research, Sleepy's, Target, Albertson's Supermarket, Applebees and others. This project included major sitework due to the various unsuitable soil conditions on site.
